Senator Green, Acting Majority Leader, moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: SJR 2 am H Shall the Senate Concur in the House amendment to SJR 2? YEAS: 16 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Cowdery, Dyson, Ellis, French, Green, Guess, Huggins, Kookesh, Olson, Seekins, Stedman, Stevens B, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Nays: Elton Excused: Davis, Hoffman, Stevens G 2005-03-03 Senate Journal Page 0460 and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 2 am H Urging the United States Congress to pass legislation to open the coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska, to oil and gas exploration, development, and production. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The resolution was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
